Corporate sentiment remains weak A flash estimate of PMI data in the Eurozone, Germany and France was published this week. Overall, sentiment has weakened once again. In France, this was attributable to both service providers and manufacturing. In Germany, although sentiment among service providers also deteriorated again, sentiment in manufacturing continued to rise. Thus, the growth outlook for the Eurozone for 1Q24 remains subdued, given the continued weakness of service providers and the generally low index values of key sentiment indicators. |
