EZ: Falling July Inflation and Recovery of 2Q GDP Next Monday, the first flash estimate of Eurozone inflation will be published. We expect inflation to have declined slightly further in July. Although the outlook regarding core inflation remains uncertain, we expect inflation to decline further in the second half of the year. In addition, the first flash estimate of Eurozone GDP growth will be published. Following slightly negative growth in the first quarter, we expect slightly positive growth in the second quarter. |
