ETFs trading on foreign stock exchanges

ETFs trading is intended for clients wishing to achieve above-average yields even though they have to take a risk that they may lose a part of their investment or all its amount

ETFs - Exchange Traded Funds

Funds that are traded on stock exchanges in the same way as stocks. In contrast with classical funds, they are not managed actively by the portfolio manager, but copy the composition of a selected index pursuant to the official composition of assets in the index (they contain all titles of the index or a representative sample only).
The fund composition will change if there is a change in the index composition, or if the fund volume decreases or increases.

Two yield types may be achieved in ETFs trading:

• Capital yield - the selling price is higher than the purchase price
• Dividend yield – some ETFs pay out dividends only

Every ETF is allocated its own ISIN (International Securities Identification Number) pursuant to which it is identified.
ETFs are mainly traded on a stock exchange. The quotation or price of a specific ETF copies the development of the underlying asset (index).
