ATX-Champions 2023 auch 2024 stark? Aktuell liefern sich Immofinanz und EVN ein Kopf-an-Kopf-Rennen um den Spitzenplatz im Performance-Ranking der ATX-Werte 2023. Mit einem Kursplus von 62,8% hat die Immofinanz Mitte Dezember knapp die Nase vorn. Damit setzt sich der Immobilienkonzern signifikant ab von der ATX-Kursentwicklung (+5%) sowie dem EPRA Europe (+6%). Während uns die zugkräftigen Argumente für eine erneute Outperformance 2024 bei der Immofinanz fehlen, glauben wir an eine Fortsetzung des Kurs-Momentums bei der EVN, die bewertungstechnisch noch immer Luft nach oben hat. |
