Issuer Profile | S Immo Group S Immo Group is an international real estate group domiciled in Vienna. As of 31 December 2018, S Immo Group’s real estate portfolio consisted of 298 properties with a book value of appr. EUR 2.1bn. Commercial properties accounted for about 71%, and residential properties for 29%. More than two thirds of the properties were in Austria and Germany, while the CEE region made up the rest of the locations. Important credit metrics have improved significantly in the past five years. In a peer comparison, however, S Immo's credit ratios could still be improved. |
