Strong primary market despite unchanged key interest rates The ECB has left key interest rates unchanged, but the first rate cut is expected soon. In order to take advantage of the even higher yields, investor demand for new issues has risen sharply. At the same time, companies have an increasing need for refinancing. As a result, the corporate primary market is booming. Risk premiums in the corporate segment are - in our view - fundamentally unjustifiably low. |
