announces that as of 19 January 2024 an amendment was adopted and comes into effect of the statutes of the following standard mutual funds:
 
KONZERVATIVNÍ MIX – open-ended mutual fund
VYVÁŽENÝ MIX – open-ended mutual fund
DYNAMICKÝ MIX – open-ended mutual fund
AKCIOVÝ MIX – open-ended mutual fund
 
The share certificates of these investment funds issued without the designated class are now classified as CZK C class share certificates – without restriction on the types of investors, re-investment. As of 19 January 2024, the share certificates can now be issued of the newly designated class CZK DIP C – for selected types of investors, reinvestment. The owner of the CZK DIP C class share certificates can only become investors investing within the framework of the Contract of Establishment and Management of a Long-term Investment Product concluded with Česká spořitelna, a.s. (“Long-term Investment Product Contract”) and then with the investment company Erste Asset Management, GmbH. Classes of CZK C and CZK DIP C mutual funds differ in their amount of management and administration fee.
 
There has also been a change to the fund designation with the deletion of the fund designation “FF¨” and the standard designation of “mixed fund” will continue to be used in the text of the statutes in accordance with the currently used fund categorisation.
 
On 12 January 2024 the Czech National Bank decision became final under which the new wording of the statute was approved.
The statutes amendment will not result in any change of the investment strategy to any of the mutual funds and there will be no different investment method.
