announces that
 
effective as of 1 October 2021, the change in the wording of the statutes and change of designation of the standard mutual funds stated below was approved.
 
• Original designation:
YOU INVEST solid – open-ended mutual fund
New designation:
ESG MIX 10 – open-ended mutual fund

• Original designation:
YOU INVEST balanced – open-ended mutual fund
New designation:
ESG MIX 30 – open-ended mutual fund

• Original designation:
YOU INVEST active – open-ended mutual fund
Nové označení:
ESG MIX 50 – open-ended mutual fund
 
Changes were made in the statutes related, in particular, to the incorporation of factors of lasting sustainable development of human society (ESG) into their investment strategies and projected related requirements of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector and Regulation (EU) 2020/852 on the establishment of a framework to facilitate sustainable investment. As of 1 October 2021 these mutual funds are included in the products according to Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088. Besides their other characteristics, mutual funds will actively monitor and implement the factors of environmental or social sustainability as part of the fulfilment of their investment strategy, provided that companies with finally set investments, observe procedures of good corporate governance.
The approved changes to the statutes were not subject to the prior consent of the Czech National Bank, since this involves the specification of investment policy not resulting in a significantly different method of investment and not changing the risk profile of mutual funds with an impact on the position and interests of unit holders, or involves changes caused by a change in legislation.
