Erste Asset Management GmbH, acting through its branch office Erste Asset Management GmbH, pobočka Česká republika, informs investors of the investment funds listed below that as the fund manager it has decided to suspend the issue and redemption of share certificates from 4 January 2021 at 0:00 hours to 8 January 2021 at 24:00 hours.
 
The suspension does not apply to share certificates the issue or redemption of which was requested before the time of suspension.
 
The current value of share certificates will not be calculated during the period of suspension.
 
Once the issue and redemption of investment certificates resumes, the procedure taken will be in accordance with Section 139 (1) a) 2 of Act No. 240/2013 Coll., as amended, i.e. without undue delay after the day that the issue and redemption of share certificates resumes the issue and redemption will be secured of all share certificates, of which the issue or redemption was requested after the day of suspension and no payment was made of consideration for the redemption or issue of share certificates, for the first current value of share certificates specified as at the date that the issue and redemption of investment certificates is resumed.
 
The reason for the above decision is to ensure the financial statement work at the start of the calendar year, particularly the processing of the annual financial statements of the investment funds including the calculation of income, subsequent detailed control, adjustment and settings of the control systems for calculating the value of the fund capital for the 2021 calendar year and ensuring classification and reposting in connection with the implementation of the IFRS 9 and legislative changes to Decree No. 501/2002 Coll., which implements certain provisions of Act No. 563/1991 Coll., on Accounting, as amended, for accounting entities that are banks and other financial institutions.
