Erste Asset Management GmbH, pobočka Česká Republika, hereby informs those shareholders of the TOP STOCKS – open-ended mutual fund, who were holders of dividend class (ISIN CZ0008475605) participation certificates at the record date of 30 April 2020 that the amount of the profit share for 2019 per one participation certificate is

after taxation of withholding tax according to the Income Tax Act.
 
According to the provisions of Article IX (21) of the Statutes of the TOP STOCKS mutual fund the payout of profit shares will start on 1 June 2020. The profit shares will be sent to the bank account stated by the shareholder in the agreement on the provision of investment services concluded with the distributor of participation certificates - Česká spořitelna, a.s.
 
The payout of profit shares appropriately decreases the value of the dividend class participation certificates after the record date.
