Germany's economic worries continue Next week (August 23), a first estimate PMI data for the Eurozone, Germany and France in August will be published. In July, sentiment fell further among both service providers and manufacturing. For service providers, however, the current mood still indicates slight growth in economic activity. Triggered in the US, there has been a significant rise in yields on the bond market since around the end of July. This has affected maturities of around four years and above. There has been virtually no change in expectations for further interest rate steps by the US Federal Reserve. |
