This week, there are three central bank meetings in the region. We expect stability of rates in Poland and Romania. In Serbia we see the possibility of another 25bp hike so that the key policy rate should get to 5.5%. January’s inflation numbers will be published in several CEE countries. Inflation in the first month of the year will be strongly affected by adjustments in administered and regulated prices. |
