Nova Ljubljanska banka is the largest operating entity and parent company of NLB Group, which consists of seven subsidiary banks and several ancillary companies. The group’s strategic focus is on the region of Southeast Europe.

S&P assigns an issuer rating of 'BBB' with stable outlook to NLB. The rating was upgraded by one notch from 'BBB-' on May 11, 2022. Moody’s assigns an issuer rating of 'Baa1' to NLB. The outlook is stable.
