Cloudy autumn expected

While both positive and negative surprises in current economic indicators are causing turmoil on the markets, the credit market is getting in the mood for summer. The EUR primary market has almost ceased its activity across all asset classes. Only a few issues can be observed. In the fall, issuance should pick up again, with covered bonds and senior bank bonds likely to be below the record levels of September 2021. For the time being, Credit Markets Weekly is also taking a summer break. The next issue will be published on August 24.
