Risk aversion on the rise

Rising energy prices and supply chain bottlenecks are currently depressing sentiment on the capital markets. This is particularly felt by the weaker rating categories in the corporate bond segment.

The upcoming reporting season for 3Q 2021 and especially the outlook for 2022 will prove to be essential for the further mood on the credit markets in the coming weeks. Rising energy costs and supply bottlenecks are expected to dampen the outlook for 2022.
