Oberoesterreichische Landesbank AG Oberoesterreichische Landesbank AG (HYPO OOE) is a universal regional bank with its core market in Upper Austria. The bank is 50.6% owned by the Province of Upper Austria and 41.1% are held by Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberoesterreich. HYPO OOE reported profit after tax of EUR 27.5mn for 2021 (2020: EUR 9.3mn) which is triple the amount of the preceding year. Compared to the year 2020, the increase was due to a positive effects of valuations in trading results and also to an increase in net interest income and net fee and commission income, as well as to a decrease in risk costs The majority of refinancing comes from mortgage covered bonds (around 30%), followed by customer deposits (25%). HYPO OOE has an issuer rating of 'A+' / 'negative' from S&P. The public sector covered bonds issued by the bank are not rated at present. The mortgage covered bonds are rated ‘AA+’/ ‘stable’ by S&P. The two cover pools of the bank consist 100% of Austrian cover assets. |
