announces that
 
effective as of 29 August 2022 the amended wording has been approved of the statutes of the special mutual funds listed below:
 
DLUHOPISOVÝ FOND – open-ended mutual fund,
FOND FIREMNÍCH VÝNOSŮ – open-ended mutual fund,
FOND STÁTNÍCH DLUHOPISŮ – open-ended mutual fund,
Globální akciový FF – open-ended mutual fund,
MPF 10 – open-ended mutual fund,
MPF 30 – open-ended mutual fund,
MPF 50 – open-ended mutual fund,
OPTIMUM – open-ended mutual fund,
Privátní portfolio AR AKCIE – open-ended mutual fund,
Privátní portfolio AR REALITY – open-ended mutual fund,
Privátní portfolio AR ALTERNATIVNÍ INVESTICE – open-ended mutual fund,
UNIVERSUM – open-ended mutual fund.
 
Changes were made in the statutes relating in particular to the mutual fund’s existing synthetic risk and reward indicator (SRRI) being superseded by the summary risk indicator (SRI). This standardised risk indicator takes into account the volatility (market risk) and the issuer’s creditworthiness (credit risk) of the financial instruments in the mutual fund’s portfolio. Changes in the statutes of special mutual funds were due to the annulment of the Government Regulation No. 242/2013 Coll.
 
The change to the statutes will not result in a change to the investment strategy of any of these mutual funds or to a different method of investment.
 
Shareholders can become acquainted with the new key information document (KID) of the special funds as of 29 August 2022 at the website www.erste-am.cz or at the distributor´s (Česka spořitelna, a.s.) website www.investicnicentrum.cz, t its branches and at the branch registered office of the investment company Erste Asset Management GmbH, branch office, the Czech Republic.
