The following modifications have been made of the Statutes:

• an update of data on the managers of the investment company and members of its Supervisory Board, in Appendix 1 of the Statutes,
• an update of the list of managed mutual funds, in Appendix 2 of the Statutes,
• a supplement of data on the performance of the mutual fund and on the performance of its reference value if set for the mutual fund for 2021, in Appendix 3 of the Statutes,
• an update of data on the total cost ratio of the mutual fund for 2021, in Appendix 4 of the Statutes.

These modifications are not subject, even for standard funds, to the prior approval of the Czech National Bank. There shall be no change in the investment strategy of any of the mutual funds and no different way of investment as a consequence of the modification of the Statutes.
