Changes to the statutes have been made relating to the following
- change to the provisions in the article “Issue and redemption of participation certificates”, so these provisions comply with the method of the functioning of the new business system of Česká spořitelna for the sale and redemption of participation certificates (non-invested remainders/overpayments arising in the rounding of amounts paid by the investor for the appropriate nearest lower whole number of participation certificates, now become the income of the mutual fund, i.e. property of all the participation certificate holders),
- update of data on the managers of investment companies and members of the Supervisory Board,
- reflection of Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852,
- update of the list of managed mutual funds in Annex 2 of the Statutes.

These changes even in case of standard funds are not subject to a prior approval of the Czech National Bank. As a consequence of the change to the statutes, there shall be no change in the investment strategy of any of the mutual funds and there shall be no different way of investing.
