Erste Asset Management GmbH hereby informs that as of the effective date of 10 August 2021, the ERSTE STOCK EUROPE investment fund will merge with the ERSTE RESPONSIBLE STOCK EUROPE investment fund.
 
Fund being acquired:
ERSTE STOCK EUROPE, an undertaking for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS) pursuant to Section 2 (1 and (2) of the Austrian Act on Investment Funds of 2011 as amended
 
Acquiring Fund:
ERSTE RESPONSIBLE STOCK EUROPE, an undertaking for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS) pursuant to Section 2 (1) and (2) of the Austrian Act on Investment Funds of 2011 as amended,
 
both managed by Erste Asset Management GmbH, Am Belvedere 1, A-1100 Vienna (“Fund Manager”).
 
At the record date on 10 August 2021, the ERSTE RESPONSIBLE STOCK EUROPE fund will take over all assets and liabilities of the ERSTE STOCK EUROPE fund, so the ERSTE STOCK EUROPE fund will cease to exist after the merger.
