Changes made in the Statutes relate namely to
- with the entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088, on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector,
- with the update of data on managers of investment companies and members of the Supervisory Board,
- with the update of the list of managed funds,
- with the addition of data on the performance of the mutual fund for 2020.

 
The above-mentioned changes even in standard funds are not subject to a prior approval of the Czech National Bank since this concerns changes induced by the change of legislation or changes directly arising from changes applying to the fund manager or fund administrator and these changes do not apply to the position or interest of the shareholders (Section 529 (4) of Act No. 240/2013 Coll., on Investment Companies and Investment Funds). As a consequence of the change to the statutes, there shall be no change in the investment strategy of any of the mutual funds, i.e. there shall be no significantly different way of investing (Section 207 (1) b) of Act No. 240/2013 Coll., on Investment Companies and Investment Funds).
