Changes were made in the Statutes relating namely to
- the update of data on managers of the investment company and Supervisory Board members in Annex 1 of the Statutes,
- the update of the list of managed funds in the Annex No. 2 of the Statutes,
- completion of data on the performance of the mutual fund for 2019 in Annex 3 of the Statutes,
- the update of data on the total cost indicator of the mutual fund for 2019 in Annex 4 of the Statutes,
- the amendment to Act No. 240/2013 Coll., on Investment Companies and Investment Funds, implemented by Act No. 119/2020 Coll.

The above-mentioned changes even in standard funds are not subject to the prior approval of the Czech National Bank since this concerns changes of data directly arising from changes applying to the fund manager and fund administrator, and the changes do not apply to the position or interest of the shareholders (Section 529 (4) of Act No. 240/2013 Coll., on Investment Companies and Investment Funds).
